Terms of use
The service
CleanLi operates a platform connecting people who order cleaning services with the people who provide them, and handles the transfer of payment, the insurance arrangement and the accompanying reporting.
Who can use it
Use is permitted from age 18. Registration details must be correct and up to date, and one account serves one person.
Bookings and confirmations
A booking is not final until the other side confirms. Until confirmation, neither side is committed.
Conduct on the platform
Do not bypass the platform with direct payment, and do not use the service for any purpose other than the work described in the booking.
Changes to the terms
The terms are updated from time to time. We will announce a material change in advance through the platform.
