When and how do I pay?

By card, up front, through CleanLi. No cash at home, no negotiating at the door.

01 — Payment

Money

CleanLi holds the payment between the two sides and releases it on time.

When do I get the money?

The money is already with CleanLi before you arrive, and is released per the terms after the job.

And if something breaks?

Every job through the platform carries cover for the home. You come to us, not to the cleaner.

02 — Insurance

Insurance

Insurance is included in the price, for both sides, managed by CleanLi.

And if I get hurt on the job?

You are covered while working. The claim is handled through us.

Do I become an employer?

No. You order a service from CleanLi — you are not employing anyone.

03 — Pay & paperwork

Paperwork

Reporting and contributions are handled by CleanLi, not by either side.

What about National Insurance and tax?

Payslip or invoice, whichever fits you, including the contributions and the reporting.

The cleaner sets the hourly rate. The client pays exactly that — nothing added at checkout. Commission, insurance and a tax provision come out of that amount. Both sides see the breakdown before booking.
