The arrangement
Insurance cover is arranged for every job booked through the platform, managed by CleanLi with the insurer. The cost is included in the rate.
Who is covered
Damage caused to the home in the course of the work, and the cleaner while performing the work.
Filing a claim
You contact CleanLi support, not the other side directly. We pass the claim to the handling party and keep both sides updated.
What is not included
Damage unrelated to the work, items of exceptional value not declared in advance, and cases outside the policy terms.
