Name, phone, service address, payment method and correspondence on the platform. From cleaners, identity verification documents are collected as well.
Why it is needed
To carry out the booking, to match by area and availability, to transfer the payment and to meet the reporting obligations that apply to us.
Location
Location is collected only when you ask to find a cleaner nearby. You can always type an address instead of allowing location.
Message translation
Messages are translated automatically so each side reads in their own language. The original text is kept and viewable by both sides.
Your rights
You can request to review, correct or delete your information through support. Such a request is handled in writing.
